            The very best beet hummus

Maybe you have noticed that I like beet. I like them a lot actually ...

And I tell you a secret. I also love spreads. Especially homemade spreads. And on a fresh wholegrain bread with lots of seeds in it. Best when it is still a little warm.

So two or even three loves together - beet, spreads and fresh bread - how good does that sound?

Well, beet hummus makes my dreams come true. This hummus is perfectly after my fancy, it is creamy, wonderful to spread on a bread, but also good to enjoy as a dip for veggies or with your salad. Can you imagine that? Can you maybe even taste it?

And it has this special color all things with beet have ... pink!

Every Wednesday I buy fresh bread at a local baker who has this amazing wholegrain, seeds and herbs bread. It is a custom and the whole family is looking forward to Wednesday lunches. Because we are big bread fans. And we are big spread fans.

And this bread and this spread go perfectly together.

Preparing this beet hummus is actually really easy. All you need is beet, chickpeas, tahini, lemon, olive oil and some herbs. And those are things you should actually always have in stock because they can always be pretty effective!

So that Wednesday I just threw together all those ingredients in my blender and had the perfect bread spread! Amazing!

I can only recommend you to try my recipe, and I hope you like it as well!
