            Blueberry chai smoothie

Smoothies are my favorite breakfast! You've probably already noticed that!

Every day I am having another one and I love being creative with those and get an interesting new flavor every new morning!

So why do I love smoothies so much in the morning? Of course because they are super delicious, I like to have something fresh and fruity in the morning, especially when it's getting warmer and  you can add so many nutritious ingredients to them. Like that you are completely covered with minerals and vitamins already in the early morning and ready to face a new day. Smoothies give me enough energy for the whole morning and keep me full until lunch.

This one was so cool! Ever thought of a blueberry chai smoothie? Well, it's time to change that! Because it is such a great flavor combination!

For this smoothie I combined blueberries with banana, pear, oat milk and for the chai flavor some cinnamon, vanilla, maca and the secret ingredient .... some chai tea!

Yeah I love that! I am already a great chai tea fan and having it in my smoothie is so good!

I will definitely make this one soon again!

I topped it with some kiwi, more blueberries and banana and spooned it out of a glass!

Blueberry chai smoothie

(one serving)

 

Ingredients:

 

2 banana

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 pear

1/2 cup oat milk (or almond)

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp maca

1/2 tsp vanilla powder

1/3 cup chai tea

 

Procedure:

 

1. Cook some chai tea, which you later add to your smoothie.

2. Place all ingredients in your blender and process until everything is well combined.

2. Pour in glasses and top with your favorite toppings.
