Crispy potato wedges

We have a big sack of potatoes in our cellar and always when I don't want to make something special, I just go down, grab some, cut them in slices, sprinkle with some herbs and put them in the oven.

Potato wedges are a perfect snack or great to eat with a salad. And they are addictive! I could eat all of them, because they are so perfectly crispy, the herbs make them so tasty and and a little spicy.

Especially my parents love them and we make them regularly. Because they are easy prepared, delicious and satisfying.

So if you feel like something warming, crispy and satisfying, go and make some of those potato wedges!

You can dizzle them with some olive oil, but lemon juice works perfectly as well and is really delicious!

Enjoy them with a spicy tomato sauce and you will never ever want chips again! Because those ones are so much better and healthier!

And I can tell you everyone will love them! They also can be delicious when it’s cold, so if you have some leftovers, simply add them to your salad the next time or enjoy them as a snack later.

Add enough rosemary, because that is the herb that goes best with them! And enjoy!
