            Smoothie breakfast with rawnola

Spring is so beautiful! I love waking up and the sun is already shining in my room!

On bright days like this, my breakfast naturally becomes fresh and colorful!

So most times I end up making a smoothie, which is my favorite breakfast! Because smoothies are nourishing, you get satisfied and I like the creamy texture.

I love to play with all the beautiful colors of the food and as pink is one of my favorite colors I really enjoy eating pink smoothies!

There are two ingredients that give this smoothie it's wonderful color! First it's beet and second raspberries. Adding raspberries prevents the beet from giving that smoothie a too strong beet taste and gives it a wonderful freshness. Especially when they are frozen. Those raspberries were the last ones I had kept from summer and I totally enjoyed them! I am already looking forward to berry season! Those raspberries also made a wonderful topping, together with my coconut rawnola!

So what's rawnola? It is raw granola. And it has some advantages because of course it is raw and it takes only a few minutes to make it! But it is one of my favorite smoothie toppings.

There are only three ingredients needed: oats, coconut rasps and dates! That's it!

Simply blended together and crumbled with your fingers and your rawnola is ready!

You can keep that in your pantry for several days and add it to your breakfast whenever you feel like.

Baked granola is maybe more crunchy, but I really like that this one is so soft and sweet!

But try yourself and enjoy with your favorite smoothie!
