Breakfast&Juices

            Spinach mango smoothie

It was a day when I had too many delicious fruits in stock and I couldn't wait to eat them all for breakfast. I had such a wonderful sweet and juicy mango, ripe bananas and passionfruit! I love mango, especially when they are sweet and juicy.

I loved them even more when I found out how to cut them perfectly, and since then I always make my mango look like a hedgehog. It's fun and it looks so cool. Even if I destroy the hedgehog for making a smoothie ...

The passionfruit I had was very wrinkled and those are the best, because they have the most flavor! And this flavor is so amazing, it's unbelievable how one small fruit like that can have such a flavor! I knew passionfruit only from the scent in shower gels, but when I actually had a real one I was amazed by that deliciousness.

So I knew that morning would be a fruity flavor experience!

And it totally became one! I made a green smoothie - one of the best I ever had - topped it with more mango, passionfruit, dried berries and cocos!

Green smoothies are such a wonderful way to start the day! You already get your greens fixed in the morning and with delicious fruits it is a heavenly combination. I like spinach in my green smoothies and when I have some also kale. But you can actually take every green leave, like for example also beet leaves or leaves from carrots. Give them a try and find your favorite!

I added some wheatgrass, which contains all known minerals and is one of the best sources of chlorophyll.

So try that smoothie and be convinced!
