            Tahini fruit smoothie shake

I love tahini! And this little addiction does not even stop before my smoothies!

So of course I am sometimes adding some to those as well! And this is so good! Seriously! Try yourself!

Definitely in this combination! It is so fruity and and creamy.

I've been really happy when I found kakis again, and they totally inspired me to this smoothie.

So what's inside? Kaki, mango, banana, tahini, vanilla, oat milk and oats! I also added some YourSuperfoods muscle power powder! This is another smoothie I can totally recommend having after a great workout for refueling and strengthening your body!

The YourSuperfoods muscle power mix contains rice protein powder, pea protein powder, maca powder, lucuma powder and banana powder. This mix will help you increase your metabolism, energy levels and build muscles! And in combination with the other wonderful nutritious ingredients of this smoothie so nourishing and good for your body.

I filled the smoothie in glasses, added some strawberry purée, some berries and more mango and mixed everything through when eating it!

Seriously this was heavenly!

Tahini fruit smoothie shake

(one serving)

 

Ingredients:

 

1 banana

1/2 mango

1 kaki

1 cup oat milk

1/2 cup oats

2 tsp white tahini

1/2 tsp vanilla powder

 

topping: strawberry purée, more mango and berries

 

 

Procedure:

 

1. Place all ingredients in your food processor and pulse until everything is well combined!

2. Top with the strawberry purée, more mango and berries!
